Educational Psychologist Telephone Helpline for Parents and Carers
Please see information about support accessible for families. Provided by one of our partners from the Educational Psychology Service.
First and foremost, the educational psychology service is running a parental phone consultation helpline from today until October half term. This has been very helpful for parents who require support during this time and provides direct access to consultation with educational psychologists (EPs), rather than having to go through the usual school prioritisation channels. Our EPs are very well versed in supporting parents of children with autism and/or social, emotional and mental health needs if they are willing to engage. What part of the city does the family reside? See the flyers below, for the different areas.
